Warranty Policy
Your purchase can be protected under our Extended Warranty Protection Plan, which ensures product reliability against manufacturing defects.
We do not provide a standard warranty by default. Warranty coverage is available only for customers who purchase the Extended Warranty during order placement.
The Extended Warranty is automatically activated on the delivery date, and your order ID or invoice will serve as the warranty proof. No physical warranty card is provided.
Extended Warranty Plans
Customers can choose one of the following plans while placing the order:
• 1 Year Extended Warranty
• 2 Year Extended Warranty
Only orders that include the Extended Warranty add-on will be eligible for warranty claims.
What is Covered
We provide replacement support for manufacturing defects that occur during the active warranty period, subject to verification by our support team.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Physical or accidental damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear from regular usage
Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty support, please contact our support team with:
• Order ID or invoice
• Description of the issue
• Photo or video of the product (if required)
Our team will review the claim and provide further instructions.
Important Conditions
• Extended Warranty must be purchased at the time of order and cannot be added later.
• Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
• The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
