Refund policy
We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a replacement.
IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUES OR QUALITY OR PET DOES NOT LIKE OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We publish sizes/other details of our products in product description.
- REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
Our 1-day replacement policy is applicable only to the following cases:
- Wrong Item Received - must be verified via unboxing video
- Defective or Damaged item received - must be verified via unboxing video
The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 1-day replacement policy:
Any item that has been damaged or washed by customer.
Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
Any item not in its original condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.
To start a return/replacement:
Returns will not be processed without an unboxing video; submission of an unboxing video is mandatory.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@auronix.in with the following details:
-Order invoice/Shipping label
-Clear images of the received product
-Mandatory unboxing video
Returns without an unboxing video will not be processed.
4. If your order is eligible for a return, we will initiate a return courier request.
5. After the courier partner has returned the product, we will inspect and upon approval - if the order is eligible for a return, you will get the amount in your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for your next order.
In case a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pincode (unfortunately, not all courier partners offer return services) - you need to courier the product back to us and we will issue the replacement when the product is delivered to us and inspected.
Extended Warranty Replacement Policy
We offer an Extended Warranty Replacement Policy exclusively to customers who opt for the extended warranty during the purchase process. This policy ensures a one-time hassle-free replacement for specific manufacturing defects.
Scope of Coverage
The Extended Warranty covers:
One-time replacement of the product in case of a verified manufacturing defect that affects the functionality or usability of the product.
Customers are required to share clear photographs and/or video evidence of the issue to initiate a claim. All claims are subject to verification by our support team.
Exclusions from Coverage
The Extended Warranty does not cover the following:
Physical damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or misuse.
Damage caused by water, fire, or exposure to chemicals (unless the product is certified for such conditions).
Wear and tear from normal usage.
Issues arising from improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, or modification.
Products for which the extended warranty was not purchased at the time of order.
Loss or damage to packaging or accessories.
Policy Activation and Duration
The Extended Warranty is only applicable to products where it has been selected and purchased at the time of placing the order.
The protection plan is automatically activated from the date of delivery.
Only one replacement is permitted per eligible order under this warranty.
Replacement Process
Customers must contact our support team via Support Email with the following:
Order number
Proof of extended warranty (if required)
Photographs or video clearly showing the defect
Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be arranged.
A ₹100 shipping and handling fee is applicable and must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not permitted for warranty claims.
If the original product is out of stock, a comparable product or in-store wallet credit will be provided at Auronix’s discretion.
The customer may return the original item at their own expense or retain it, based on our support team’s guidance.
General Terms
For standard returns unrelated to warranty (such as size issues), a flat return fee of ₹100 will apply.
In cases where prepaid orders are undeliverable due to customer unavailability, the refunded amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be credited to the customer’s in-store wallet.
Auronix is not responsible for any excess payment made to the delivery partner beyond the billed Cash on Delivery amount.
No warranty claims or returns will be accepted after the applicable policy period.
No refunds will be made to bank accounts or UPI IDs for warranty claims. Approved claims will receive a wallet credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
Refunds:
We only issue refunds to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking in the exceptional cases where item is delivered with a delay of multiple weeks or if the customer has repeatedly received incorrect or damaged items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, regardless of the return window or warranty status. These include:
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items not returned in their original packaging, including missing inserts, manuals, or accessories.
Products that are not in their original, unused condition.
Items purchased under final sale, discounted, or clearance offers.
Gift cards or store credits.
Products from specific categories that are marked non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase.
Items from our Premium Collection, unless explicitly covered under an active extended warranty for manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you will get the amount in your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for your next order.
