Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

You received an incomplete order
We do not accept returns for reasons like:

Change of mind

Dislike of product after use

Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings
2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After 48 hours, your product will not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@auronix.in with your order ID and reason for return.

Attach images or videos showing the issue (compulsory for damaged/defective items).

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Once we receive the product and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.
6. Replacements
If you request a replacement for a damaged or wrong item:

A fresh item will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.

In some cases, we may ship the replacement immediately after validating your issue via photos/videos.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

Personal care items (if opened)

Custom-made or personalized products
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
