Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • You received an incomplete order

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product after use

  • Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings


2. Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • After 48 hours, your product will not be eligible for return or replacement.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@auronix.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Attach images or videos showing the issue (compulsory for damaged/defective items).

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Once we receive the product and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.


6. Replacements

If you request a replacement for a damaged or wrong item:

  • A fresh item will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.

  • In some cases, we may ship the replacement immediately after validating your issue via photos/videos.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be marked non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Custom-made or personalized products


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
