4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Auronix reserves the right to alter product prices, discontinue products, or modify offers without prior notice.

We accept payments through multiple modes, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
In the event of pricing or typographical errors, Auronix reserves the right to cancel or modify orders after notifying the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We endeavor to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines range between 3–9 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
However, Auronix shall not be held responsible for delays arising due to unforeseen events, logistical disruptions, natural calamities, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Fees: Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Verification: For COD orders, Auronix may seek telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Auronix reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:

Product unavailability or stock-related issues

Payment authorization failure or suspicious transaction

Incorrect or incomplete customer details

Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity

In the case of prepaid cancellations, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection and approval by Auronix.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Repeated refusal of COD orders or misuse of COD facilities may result in temporary or permanent suspension of COD privileges.
Auronix reserves the right to restrict COD services for users found to be engaging in fraudulent or non-serious order behavior.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Auronix products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
